MELLA: SHIPPING NOW!

Happy weekend everyone! We've been hard at work and have a bunch of exciting updates.

HOUSEKEEPING

Important for ALL REMAINING BACKERS (NON-JANUARY): If you have any change to your shipping address, please go into BackerKit and make that update NOW. We will be locking down your shipping address on Tuesday, January 22nd at 11:59 PM PST.

JANUARY ORDERS HAVE SHIPPED

Yesterday, our warehouse packed ~400 early delivery rewards, which either have been shipped already or will be picked up by USPS on Monday. We are shipping USPS Priority Mail, which means for domestic backers, assuming no carrier delays, you will get your rewards in 2-3 business days. For international backers, USPS Priority Mail generally takes between 10-14 business days; however, it can sometimes arrive earlier, so keep a look out!

KELVIN IS READY AND HAS SHIPPED

Want to hear even better news? Remember how we were uncertain whether we'd be able to ship KELVIN out in January given the longer-than-expected lab testing? Well, we made it!  KELVIN landed last week in our warehouse, so for all January backers, you will get your KELVINs together with your MELLAs. Wahoo!

Note: If you are a January backer who pledged for a purple MELLA + KELVIN, we sent out your KELVINs separately so you do not have to wait until you get your purple MELLA in February to get KELVIN :)

FEBRUARY BACKERS - WE HAVE GOOD NEWS

For February backers, we need to lock down your addresses ASAP since we will be able to ship your rewards by the end of the coming week (unless it's a purple MELLA)! That's right - we'll be shipping your February rewards in January!

PURPLE MELLA BACKERS

Purple MELLA will complete production in the first week of February - we will therefore be able to ship this last batch of rewards in the third week of February, assuming no other delays.

PRE-ORDER DISCOUNT ENDS ON JANUARY 31ST

If you or any friends, family, or loved ones decide that MELLA is just too awesome to pass up, our pre-order discount ends on January 31st, 2018. After January 31st, we'll be retailing MELLA at $50 USD. You can place your pre-order at www.littlehippo.com. Pre-orders will ship starting in the first week of February.
