Are LittleHippo products safe?
Yes! We use child-safe materials and undergo numerous testings on all our products to ensure compliance with consumer product standards. Our products are FCC, CE, RoHS, CA65, REACH and CPSIA compliant.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately when you place your order. You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund, including shipping, up until your product is shipped.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and also internationally! International purchasers will be responsible for applicable tariffs and customs fees.
How much is shipping?
Within the United States, we offer free shipping for orders greater than $60.00. For orders equal or to under $60.00, we charge $3.99.
In Canada, shipping starts at $15.00.
In all other countries that we ship to, shipping starts at $20.00.
When will my order ship?
All domestic (US) orders will ship and be delivered to you within 3-4 business days. All international orders will ship and be delivered to you within 10-15 business days depending on your location. We are unfortunately seeing longer than normal transit times, particularly to Australia and New Zealand (of up to one month).
Although we are still packing orders as normal from our warehouse, you may still experience delays in receiving your shipment because of mass courier delays (due to the COVID-19 pandemic), particularly with international orders (up to one month). We ship internationally via USPS (which then gets transferred to your country's national postal carrier).

Are your instruction manuals available in any non-English languages?

What is your warranty?
We have a one year warranty on all LittleHippo products and would be happy to send a replacement in case of a defect. If there are any problems with your product, please reach out to us at email@example.com so our team can help you resolve the issue.
How do I register my warranty?
We do not require a warranty registration for your product to be eligible for replacement under our one year warranty. All that is required is your original order number, a receipt or order confirmation showing: 1) that the purchase was made through an authorized retailer and 2) your date of purchase.
