You may exchange or return products purchased on www.littlehippo.com for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date. If the product is unopened, you may exchange it up at any time up to one year of the date of purchase. All returns must be approved by LittleHippo.
I purchased my item somewhere else. How do I return or exchange it?
If you purchased your LittleHippo product from an authorized third party retailer, please follow their return/exchange policies first. Please contact us if you have any questions about whether a third party seller is an authorized retailer. What information do I need to have in order to start the refund/exchange process?
You will need the full name of the purchaser and a proof of purchase (such as an order number or confirmation, gift receipt or packing slip).
When will my refund be issued?
We will send you a notification email stating that you received a refund. The refund can take up to 7 business days to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
