You may exchange or return products purchased on www.littlehippo.com for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 60 days of the purchase date. If the product is unopened, you may exchange it up at any time up to one year of the date of purchase.
I purchased my item somewhere else. How do I return or exchange it?
If you purchased your LittleHippo product from an authorized third party retailer, please follow their return/exchange policies first. What information do I need to have in order to start the refund/exchange process?
You will need the full name of the purchaser and a proof of purchase (such as an order number or confirmation, gift receipt or packing slip).

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be approved by LittleHippo.
When will my refund be issued?
